. Our service means if you live near one of our engineers you can rest assured that they will come to you. No more having to un-plug your base unit and trundle down to the shop. Appointment times will be kept if possible and if not we will call before your appointment time to let you know when we can get to you, or if we need to re-arrange your appointment time for another day.
If we do not get to you on the day we set, we give you 10% off the total charge.

As you may have read on our news page, we now offer a reconditioned unit service, to help more people afford computers. This service is not only for people on benefits, but also for people who are on low incomes.

   Here’s how the service works.

Many companies have to pay to have their old computers taken away when they upgrade their network systems. We don’t instead we will take the old units away, completely wipe the hard drives of all information. We then replace any parts that need to be replaced and install a new windows operating system. This way the company can be assured that the privacy laws are being kept under the information act and the customer knows they are getting a new windows operating system.

            Plus, we pass on the savings, by only charging our customers for the parts we have to replace. So, it’s good news for businesses and good news for our customers.
